:: Parallel Chats ::

A 2-part piece. 12" by 12" canvas.
Made this for the very friendly, creative and petite Nadia, who bought it as a gift for her best friend who's moving to Australia.
Named this piece "Parallel Chats", to signify the pair's friendship - which, I'm assured span many many conversations, chats, and gossip sessions.  'Parallel' to highlight that despite them being apart in different countries, they'll still have similarities in life's preferences, simply because of their strong friendship bond. I've incorporated the stripes running throughout as 'parallel' and the random organic shapes to symbolise inverted commas; ie: conversation and chat sessions. Colours were deliberate to represent the livelihood of their friendship, plus the bustling and trendy life I'd expect her friend to be leading in her new home abroad. 
note: I hope it was satisfactory a gift and painting Nadia (and Zehan, if you're reading this).

Cards are left blank on the inside, with choice to have your names and addresses printed at the bottom - otherwise, left completely blank. On the outside, various different designs - some done on the computer, some scanned images of my paintings.
Cards are presented with corresponding envelopes and bound together by satin ribbons.
